Sketch Saturday ~ Sketch #153

Good morning to you all on this gorgeous, if a tad windy, sunny day in the UK!  I had a lovely relaxing day yesterday watching the Royal Wedding and texting my beautiful friend who was watching the celebrations in Trafalgar Square!

This weeks challenge is sponsored by our generous regular sponsor The Craft Barn

"We are a UK based business selling a wide range of craft supplies including stamps, dies and embossing folders, punches, an extensive range of items to alter and decorate and much more for your scrapbooking and card making projects. Some of the leading companies that we stock include Stamping Bella, Ranger, Tim Holtz, Crafty Individuals, Martha Stewart, Katzelkraft stamps, Nestabilities, Craftwork Cards, Copic Pens, House Mouse, Viva Décor, Eco Green crafts and Cosmic Shimmer to name but a few.
We are constantly adding new products to our range of craft supplies so be sure to add us to your browser favourites so you can pop back and see us."

The Craft Barn offer a wide range of goodies for all crafters from all things 'Cuttlebug' to grunge paper, from cottage cutz dies to cosmic shimmers, then there's your essentials like cardstock and papers and adhesives.  Not forgetting their HUGE stock of clear and rubber stamps to tantalise you!

For all the latest products that have been added to the site PLEASE CLICK HERE, including their range of COPIC pens.

Would you like to spend a crafty day at The Craft Barn?
They are hosting a First Saturday Demo Day on Saturday 7th May with Karen Maccoy, Carole Cann and Lina McDermott, who will be focusing on masculine cards and gifts ready for Father’s day. This will be such a benefit for anyone who struggles with ideas for the men in our lives.

Also, over the weekend of Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th of June they will be holding another EXTRAVAGANZA weekend, these are really exciting and have 24 demonstrators in attendance! This year the theme will be 'The Best of British', focussing on products manufactured in the UK.
The demonstrations are great for picking up tips and techniques, and best of all the demos are FREE, and run continuously throughout both days, so you don't need to book in advance - just turn up and watch! :)

So this weeks challenge ... The Craft Barn are offering TWO Tatty Button stamps to this weeks lucky winner!
Sandy, Thank you for your generosity! (I so want these)

And all you have to do to be in with a chance of inking up those little beauties is to make a card using this weeks sketch...

and this is what i did with it ....

I know Easter was last weekend, but i'm chasing my tail here slightly.  I just don't know where all my days are going too.  I still have Easter images all coloured up ready to go on cards LOL!  I think I can salvage a couple and use them on birthday cards with a clever sentiment from Create with TLC

To make this box I used:~
1 x Tea Bag Box
CS ~ Stash
DP's ~ Sammy D ~ Easter Kit
Image ~ Magnolia Tilda in Egg
Sentiment ~ Create with TLC
Flowers, Pearls & Raffia ~ Stash
Tools ~ Sewing Machine, Pencil Crayons, Blending Stumps, Sansodor, Butterfly Die, Chocolate Easter Egg Mould, Cello Bags, Chocolate & Sweeties
