Both of my cards are made using some fab doodles I found whilst blog hopping. The guy at Organized Doodles is really talented and his doodles are amazing and fit perfectly for the cards I wanted to create. I really think you should checkout his blog!
CS ~ stash, DP ~ freebie download (all details are on main computer so will check later, I'm using my new laptop!), sentiment ~ computer generated, blinged using double sided tape and glitter, image coloured with twinkling H2O's and glossy accents added to the bubbles.
This card is for Dec's 16th birthday and as I've mentioned before he's a proper boy! There's absolutely nothing girly about it at all lol! CS ~ Crafts Central, DP ~ Googled camouflage paper (it was in browns but just changed the colour to suit), image ~ coloured with watercolour pencils and Sakura Stardust Pens, used glossy accents on sunglasses and windscreen.
Great cards I love the images on both of these, will have to check out that site

ReplyDeleteHello Jilli,
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry that it took me so long to reply. If you've read my blog recently you know that I've been busy.
The artwork looks good on your cards. Thank you for telling me about their use. I don't mind that you've used those particular images. The jeep one I drew a few years back for a children's camp t-shirt, and the fish is an illustration that the buyer ended up not wanting.
There are some illustrations on my blog that I give permission to use, and while those two weren't actually one of those, again, I don't mind. Some artist can get very protective about people copying their artwork. I understand that once I put it on my blog it becomes easily used.
I would asked that you request before hand when copying and using something which is not mark as one of my "Copy & Share if You Dare" illustrations in the future. I would appreciate it very much.
Thanks for visiting the blog.
Stay Tooned,
Rick
