Smile It's Free Therapy ....

I have a sad girlie here, although she does seem to have cheered a little, unless she's hiding her hurt well!  After 18 months and talk of buying a house together our youngest daughter has been dumped unceremoniously by her cretin of a so called boyfriend cos he needs to be single to go on holiday with his mates to Ayia Napa next month .... hmmm wonder what horrible diseases he will return with (if we wish hard enough).

So to bring a smile back to her miserable face (which i might add she's had for the past 12 months, so clearly wasn't really happy with him anyhow) I made her a card to let her know we still love her!

I used a fab image from Maurie Manning called Two Jill who has a similiar face to Ellie's at the minute ...

... and I used a fab sketch from one of Claudia's cards ...

... to make this card I used :-

CS ~ Stash
DP's ~ Magnolia and Pink Petticoat Gingham
Image ~ Two Jill ~ Digital Pencil Too
Sentiment ~ Create with TLC
Pearls, Brad, Net Stuff & Button ~ Stash
Border ~ Paper Cellar Shaped Border Tape (cut in half)
Tools ~ Pencil Crayons, Sansodor, Blending Stumps, Sewing Machine, Carla Craft Corner Punch

  7. Men can be real “$£?@*^’s sometimes can’t they but if she’s been unhappy for a long time then it may well be for the best, not that she’s seeing it that way at the moment. I’m sure your really cute card has cheered her up though.

Thanks your visiting my blog this week Jilli and for your lovely message. The day didn’t turn out to be as hard to get through as I thought it might.

    Happy Crafting!
